Trees

I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is pressed
Against the earth's sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear

OH!!! I love how you have the tree photo as your background page and then your little guy with the tree as your photo..SO creative!! I really like how you got his name and date on that sidewalk...narrowing as it gets further away...Super job!! Love it!! Such a beautiful poem....

This is awesome!! I love the tree pic as the background page and the pic inset and that poem is just perfect!!!

What a great poem with the big picture of the tree but I just love that little picture of the boy. I always think a tree is much better with a little one around it.

Oh my goodness, this is fabulous!!! First of all, that is one of my favorite poems and I love how you have used the tree as the background - fantastic page!!! TFS!!!

Love the large background pic and the little guy with the tree in front. Great poem, had never heard that one. Love his name down the sidewalk, very creative. Awesome lo!!

this is amazing!! I love the photo you used as the background and how you made it sepia where your poem is written. I really like the writing on the sidewalk. Great job!!

What a great poem and a beautiful way to let your photo shine through the words! I love the picture in picture effect and I LOVE the way you've placed the little guy's name and the date on the walkway (it just looks so cool)! Beautiful layout!!

Love, love, love the large photo background! The name on the walkway is a wonderful touch! AWESOME layout!

This is fantastic! Great way to put the name/date along the road line. I really like the "sepia" toning behind the text to make it stand out better!

Great pics! I love how you use the big one for your background and framed the other. The name and title are cool the way you curved them along the sidewalk, too. I agree with MSPeeler, you can read the sweet poem so much easier with the toned background you made for it. :)

I LOVE this! great job on toning the picture so the journaling stands out and I love his name and date on the road! thanks for playing the challenge you did a great job!
