I really like the layers of torn papers at the top with the neutral gray background paper at the bottom. I love your cluster with all the medical elements in it. Hope you are feeling OK after surgery!

This definitely demanded documenting, omg. Hope it doesn't damage your skin whe it comes off. Nice use of torn edges and hanging tag.
