OMG!! What a story, lol!! It sounds like you were greatly rewarded for everything you went through just to get to the train and for enduring Eeyore's pessimism and Mother Nature's curtain of clouds. I absolutely LOVE the mountain scene you created with the title riding the rails through the mountains! Awesome photos and just a delightful page!!

What great storytelling, and my eyes thank you for posting it separately like this. I LOVE the alpha on the train tracks curving up the mountain road and these great photos, too. Oh hon, I am SO with you on the parking, I'd just be sitting there crying in frustration and terror. I hate most parking structures (and I drive a compact little Toyota!) My hubs always laughs as he cavalierly backs into the tightest of spots, but hey, he operates heavy equipment and drives a big truck. I once read that people who back into parking spaces have higher intelligence and have made a conscious effort ever since to back in (when it's ridiculously easy and i'm not in actual danger of hitting another car or concrete column, I sheepishly admit!!)
Last, but not least, I like how you mixed these kits!! (Don't think I didn't notice that!!)

I just popped in to tell you how jealous I am!!!!! I adore the fantastic title border you created along with the photos. When I was younger, I yearned for the beach (which I still like) but as I've gotten older, I yearn to go home to those mountains. It's been too many years.

I have been thoroughly entertained by your storytelling and my old eyes thank you for including it in the LO description. Love love going on the title train ride through the mountains, the scenery photos are beautiful, glad you got to go on the train ride and werent forever stuck trying to get out of the car, glad the clouds lifted.
