One Moment

Schwannoma is a rare type of tumor that forms in the nervous system. Schwannoma grows from cells called Schwann cells, which protect and support the nerve cells of the nervous system. Schwannoma tumors are often benign. The treatment of spinal schwannomas depends on the size, location, and symptoms
Oh my! Perfect kit for this layout! Glad the surgery and the fixes to your spine went well, too. Great journaling and your use of the xray is outstanding.

Ouchie, that certainly wouldnt have been one of your best days, I hope benign was confirmed. Great story telling and photo record though, a necessity in the family album. I like the masking of the photo and the placement of the other one over the floral circle, nice use of the newsprint character too.

Thanks Jill and Connie... that was December 2007, followed up with a second surgery in March 2008 when the screws slipped out and they had to put longer ones in between the vertebrae.. BUT, all said and done it was benign, thank the Lord and I am still here and kicking... well maybe not kicking.. lol

Ah - - the physical trials in our lives. The newsprint character is a perfect accent to demonstrate how you must have been feeling. Love the title art and the way it is accented with the pocket watch and chicken wire stamps.
