Journaling reads: The downstairs tree has ornaments that Wendell and I made the first year we were married, ornaments Jonathan made in school (bell), and now our grandchildren, Christian and Lauren. The most "vintage" ornament is the one I made in kindergarten; that ornament has witnessed
How very special is that tree wearing such treasured decorations, Jeanne!! Love the glitters and the snowflakes around the page. The journal block looks really attractive with the embossed matting, I like your paper choices and layering, the little buttons make a nice finishing touch. I'm hoping this scrapping spurt you have been experiencing these past few weeks continues throughout 2022.

How very beautiful! I wish I had a fireplace like that and your tree is absolutely gorgeous! I love all the glitter on your layout. Your journaling and journal box is wonderful and I love the closeups of the ornaments.

Your downstairs room looks so warm and inviting! I love that this tree contains all of your dearest ornaments (and you were even creative in kindergarten!) I love all of the gold glitter and pops of red! Beautiful work!! (p.s. I didn't see any pesky gnomes here, lol!)

That sounds like a truly amazing tree with all of the vintage and handmade ornaments. I really like the way that you've included close-up pictures of a couple of the ornaments.

Love that beautiful tree and how you scrapped it with close ups and lovely clusters!
