I have to say that looks delish. I love black pepper, tofu, and chilis. I really like how you did a page wide shot of it with a separate shot of it plated and your secret ingredient, too. Looks very Asian/local, I'd try it. Also give you points for trying new recipes in a marathon. It's a fun way to expand the menu. Yummy.

What a great project...I think we all save mountains of recipes and never get around to making the dish, I know I do. Good on you for making this your goal. Great photos, love the full width one of the latest dish, it looks yummy, looks like that cute little owl is waiting to try it too:)
