I love cooking but must admit I have never tried these - they always seemed delicate to me. You did a wonderful job of cooking them - they look so delicious. Love your photos, word strips and elements.

I really like the background paper for this layout. It allows the pictures to stand out. Love the way you photographed the dough in the mixer. Looks like a great consistency. And the filling for the eclairs looks like a goodly amount! Must have tasted GREAT!
