Many people think of the desert as being tan and fairly barren, but they have never been in a desert in spring. This April the Anza-Borrego desert was filled with floral miracles.

I used an old template (Cool Clusters 2 by Trixie Scraps) and Nature Walk by CathyK Designs.
What a gorgeous, and different, view of desert magic. You have chosen a wonderfully pleasing colour palette and kit for the showcasing of these pics and I really like the detail of the stitching and paper strips

Marvelous showcasing of Anza Borrego Desert State Park...and now it MUST be adding to my California bucket list.
You captured amazing photos of these beauties. The variety of foliage colors surprised and delighted me.
Super composition...love your choices of attractive ellies (arrows, flowers, zigzag) that bring out those same colors all on top of the calming desert tan papers!

This is so pretty! Wish I visited while I lived in CA, there's just so much to see and do! Love your photos and the journaling

Oh my goodness, it is gorgeous. I didn't know about this state park and may never have the opportunity to visit California, but if I ever do, I know one place I need to visit.
