Mud Puddle WA from Elegant WordArt by Bethany
Wow. I'm so new here I don't even know what that means, haha. Thank you very much Jen! I just clicked on that link for the Baker's Best thread. I'm not sure if we can comment on that thread. I'll read more about this tomorrow. Such a treat!! :) Arlene

Edited to add: I commented on that thread anyway. I always read the instructions after the fact, lol. Thanks again.

This is hilarious! I absolutely love the two thought bubbles you've used here to tell your 'story.' This photo is really too funny, and the dogs both have these priceless expressions of perfect innocence. I love it! Congrats on the Baker's Best nomination.

Whoo hoo Arlene. I LOVE this of the guys! When I was cruising through the nominations of LOTW I KNEW even before I saw who's page it was that it HAD to be you! It is awesome!!!! The picture is worth a thousand words but your bubbles just say it all! It just brought a huge smile to my face. GREAT job Arlene!

Awww.... thanks so much for the LOTW nod. What a fun weekly event this is. You just never know what's going to strike someone's fancy from week to week, but the layouts are always smashing to view. Thanks to all the gals who take the time to nominate LOs and to those who take the time to vote. Much appreciated. GingerScraps peeps, you do know how to make it fun for all. Cheers. ~ Arlene

OMG, I adore this page! We had two springers (both now in doggie heaven) and this just made me smile. I love your page and am glad you won! Congrats and welcome!

Thank you Wendy B! We've had 5 English Springer Spaniels in the last 30 years and they have all been my heart! It's soooooooooooo sad when they finally have to go to doggy heaven :( In the photo above, the boy on the right (Nat) passed in 2009 and we still miss him like crazy. He was such a fun and loving dog. We just have Dillon now, the boy on the left, and he is 12 1/2 years old, so I'm already dreading the time when we have to say goodbye to him. It will devastate me, as it always does. He really is the heart of our family. I've build my whole life around our dogs. Sorry you no longer have yours. Thank God for photos and videos and fond memories.

Absolutely adorable! The colors are so muted but so cheerful, I can't help but smile! Such a pleasure to see :)
