Oh, I do hope you are well on your way to healing from these accidents! I have something called tennis elbow which doesn't make my elbow hurt that I notice - but man! does my thumb ever hurt, so I get your pain. You've documented your injuries very well with the great photos and wonderful journaling. Ouchie, this is the second bruised/fall/physical damage page I have commented on today, hopefully that will be it. So sorry for your pain, one fall is not fun, two is awful. I hope you are healing quickly. A fall shakes you up though doesnt it, and makes you a bit tentative ongoing I have found. I like how you presented the photos and rays, nice use of themed ellies to add further interest to the page.
