Good for you, Christina. DH and I go to an alternative doc/ Chiropractor and we drink alkaline water we get from him. Also take whole food vitamins.Great thing to scrap about. :)

Good luck on your diet! I've not heard of a lemon juice diet before. I love the 'juicy' word you used and the little lemony elements on the page

great scrap topic and it goes so well with this month's colors! I love the Juicy word art! I usually get lemon in my water in restaurants. Maybe I should try a little more.
