I have a huge mango tree and I've never heard of putting salt on them; gotta try it! I like the blend into the stripey background paper.

Salt with mangoes? Who'da thought? I will try that next time mangoes are in season. Terrific story telling, that big pic is great and very interesting, the striped paper matches the umbrella.

Ugh, salting fruit doesn't please my tastebuds at all, especially now that I have high blood pressure and have to watch my salt consumption. Lots of folks in Texas will salt their canteloupe and watermelon. Again, not to my taste. Please ask before you add the salt.
Now, adding cayenne pepper is another story. I even add it to hot cocoa, oatmeal, smoothies, etc. LoL! I love hot and spicy foods, and I always set aside portions for those who don't like heat in their food!
BTW, I like your layout a lot. The fruit stand is very nice, and the park behind it looks very inviting. Love the colors you used, too ... teal and orange together ... Yummy!
