I got a new machine for Christmas last year and only now am breaking it out. I love the way you scrapped this! I have this kit too.

I loved reading your journaling. It is true what the lady at JoAnn's said...Singer has totally changed the how etc, from how their machines were made. I have a 1947 Singer, a 1990 Singer/embroidery combination, a 1997 Singer/Embroidery combination [embroidery cannot be updated]...and now a 2018 Brother Invnov'is 1740 [combination sewing/embridery] and a 2019 Brother PE 800 embroidery. LOVE them all. My 1990 Singer needs a trip to shop. Meanwhile, I'm doing fine with the others. Congratulations on your new machine. Happy sewing and quilting.
