Dear Friends: I am closing my store forever July 1 (with a sale this month of June).

I am not ill, I am not facing a family crisis, I decided I just want to do genealogy, sew and read. I wish ALL of you bright futures and I will miss the connections and friendship we have made. I will do my best to stay in touch. I may even jump in with a layout of my own from time to time! BIG HUGS Diane

Diane, even though I've been "in the know" for a while, I do want to say that I shall miss working with you from behind the scenes. ❤️

Whoops, this was supposed to be under "me" oreosmeow. forgot to log out as you.

Diane dear, I will miss you, but I totally understand, I wish you all the best reading, doing genealogy and doing all what makes you happy my dear <3 please stay in touch, you are dear to me <3

Oh no! But I get it. I too love genealogy. I need to grab your contact info to pick your brain on that issue sometime. I have loved doing your challenges and your kits. Enjoy your next chapter.

I am the historian in my family so I do understand. I wish you all the blessings the Lord can offer you. I, too, would love your information, if you don’t mind. I have one ancestor that I think was adopted not sure. Once he turned 16, he went off the census while his younger stayed on census. I can’t recall details but I think I found docs that said he was adopted (younger bro). I know older brother lived as he is direct descendant. I can’t find him no where!! Well anyways, good luck to you!
PS I picked up quilting about 4 years ago and look to begin sewing... I found a couple of pieces I would love to make for myself. :)

Karen: I would be delighted to assist in any way I can. If you haven't done DNA yet, you should. Another path for adopted family members to be found. I have recently been diving into DNA matches and it has helped A LOT in helping me have more confidence in my tree and hopefully help with my brick walls. I do not quilt but I make 18' doll clothes for charity (granddaughter grew out of dolls - LOL I occasionally catch her dressing my dolls) XOXO Diane

Dear Anita, I fully understand your passion with being an Historian (me too). I wish you well in your research and thank you for the wonderful kits and inspiration you gave me during your GS years.

Diane, I will miss you ♥ I have been on your CT for 10 years and loved every minute of it. Enjoy your time doing the other things you love.

Good for you! I will miss your beautiful collections. I'm taking up geneaology now that I've retired. I've tried it in the past but would get sucked down rabbit holes and not be able to continue because...well...work! Good luck to you!

Well, darn! I always look forward to seeing your new creations - and will miss both those and you yourself! I'll still see some posts on your Facebook page and wish you all the best in the world! Happy Genealogy! (and by the way - I found my gr-grandmother's father!!!! So excited because it was well hidden - hope you find a clink in any of your brick walls!)

Diane, I will miss you, your lovely designs and challenges. I hope that all your future plans run smoothly and you keep in good health.

Sorry to see you close up in scrapping: however, understand when change is needed. Best of luck in your future endeavors and life itself.

Wishing you the best in your "retirement"! I too am into Genealogy and can spend hours trying to research! Will miss your kits and your presence here in the scrapping world! Hope to see you scrap some family history pages - I need ideas!
