I am curious the name of the vegan cheese you tried. After covid booster shot back in 22 9i can not eat any dairy except eggs. I tried a Mozzarella one and did not like on a pizza I miss my Son's quesadillas and did not want to spend the money for another vegan cheese just to throw it out. I keep hoping this dairy thing would go away but I don't know that it will but I hope.
