Hello from MN

I've been a silent viewer on here for many months, and figure it is about time to introduce myself! My name is Amber and I go by the moniker SwiftThinkin in the craft world.

I started out digiscrapping using the program My Digital Studio, which was produced by Stampin' Up! (it is similar to Memory Mixer & My Memories Suite- programmed by the same people actually- but additionally allowed for 'stamped' images in the program). I was hooked right away and I made many many photobooks this way. Alas, nothing lasts forever though, and when they discontinued the program last spring I was super bummed out.

It took me awhile to decide what I was going to do next, but I decided to move to PSE11 (which I already owned but found daunting). Thanks to the classes over at Scraps-N-Pieces though I'm gaining skills for this new platform and loving all the new tricks it has to offer.

Well, that's my story. Oh, and I think of the shops I follow GingerScraps is my favorite! So don't go away :)

Hi Amber! I'm glad you introduced yourself. I use PSE-11 as well. I love it! It's one of those things that the more you play with it, the more you like it.

Hi Amber welcome to Gingerscraps! Sounds like you will be doing a lot of fun things now with PSE11. I tried switching to PSE14 and didn't like it so I went back to PSE12. Looking forward to seeing your creations here. :D
 
Hi Amber! I have PSE as well, but not 11. (a lot older version I am ashamed to say!) Glad you came out of lurking! Welcome to GS!
 
Welcome Amber! I'm so glad you introduced yourself! I agree with you - I love all the shop at Gingerscraps!! It sounds like you come for a fabulous state! Gotta love MN!!
 
Hi Amber. Welcome to GS !! I love it here too. Jump in and have fun with us. There is always someone around if a question arises on a program.

Kim, what did you not like about PSE14? I have PSE11 and have been thinking of upgrading.
 
Hi Amber! I am new here as well and I also use an older version of PSP (PSP9) but I love it and it's hard giving it up. LOL Happy you came out of lurk mode! Welcome!
