win 10 tech help desperately needed

my laptop just had a huge win 10 upgrade and it seems that they got rid of the display settings where you can change the size of title bar, message bar ,etc.

everything in so tiny now. how do i get this back? even with changing dpi scaling these other things still need to be enlarged.

unfortunately it doesnt as the advance dispay settings are gone with the creators update - the link just mentions the dpi settings. one of the comments mentions the advanced display but that was before creators update.

found sort of solution!!!!

someone wrote a freeware program to correct this

while it does work i cant get it back to the way it was before. if pse is right size, the web is too large. if web right , photoshop is unusable as its way too tiny fonts.

between those 2 choices will take pse right size as web is still useable. as ctrl - helps a little to reduce web
