Will my layout count?

Hello to everyone! I hope all is well. I have a question,....will my layout count if it is no longer available in the store? I just finished one for a challenge, and it is ready to be posted. I thought that I would try to find it in the store first, but that was AFTER I had finished it. Well, I can't find it. I had one layout posted a long time ago with the same kit (I created for a designer), and there is no link to that kit anymore. Does that mean it has retired? Believe me when I say that I searched high and low for a kit to use for my pictures. It's hard to keep up with what is or was in the store. I appreciate your feedback. Suggestions are welcome, too. TIA!

I believe as long as the designer is still in the store it would be ok.
