Why do purchased kits stay in my cart?

I made a purchase with several kits the other day and paid for them, then downloaded them. I added items to my cart today and all of my kits that I purchased the other day were in my cart again. Why doesn't it clear out when I make a purchase?

This issue (of the cart not emptying) is usually due to a browser setting or issue. Most of the time it will be resolved when you update your browser.

We have our shop set up to retain the items in your cart, so that you can add items and then come back at any time to add more and checkout once you are ready. However sometimes (usually due to an out of date browser) the cart will not empty upon checking out.

It is always a good idea to log in and check your cart to make sure it is clear before adding new items.

Of course any time you accidentally purchase something twice, just let me know and I can give you a refund or a credit to the designers shop where the duplicate purchase was made.
