It's December 14th and it's 11 degrees Celsius here in Southern Ontario CANADA!! :confused-8:

I just heard a huge thunderclap outside my window...so we must be going to get a storm. RAIN STORM!!! NO, no no....it should be a SNOW STORM!!!!

It just feels weird to me to have it this warm at Christmas/Dec. Guess no jokes this year about our tree in our igloo! LOL...

On a side note though, they say we are going to get slammed in Jan and Feb with snow. Go figure.

We had some rain last night, which was really nice! It's still warm enough to have the windows open here...but I would love more rain!

Same here Trace but I am NOT complaining one bit! It was almost 60 degrees here Saturday and it's been raining here all day today. The only thing I hate about it is that I know it won't last all winter! LOL I'm saving on money on heat and on not having to have my driveway cleared!

We've had record highs her in Pittsburgh this weekend High 60's and even 70 on Saturday. I love it. Shorts, sitting outside on my patio listening to birds. My daffodils are popping up already.

I'm so jealous! It took me TWO HOURS to drive home from work. Without icy roads and accidents it takes me 25 minutes!

Oh don't get me wrong, I'd love to live on a beach and have warm weather all year round. However, living here where it's supposed to be winter at Christmas and being used to the snow, it just seems so strange.

My winter has been very green too so far. Not a single measurable snowfall yet and yesterday we broke another temp record at 71 degrees. It's a lot colder today and the wind is picking up...so guessing we are in for some of the white stuff for the weekend. I'm not complaining at all...but Christmas won't feel the same without a little snow!

I thought the same thing the first Christmas I lived out of Maine - for 20 years I had Christmas in places like Hawaii, San Diego, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia - for some reason they don't have Marine bases in cold snowy places - LOL

LOL - we got about 1/2 an inch of snow yesterday and it's cooled down into the high 20s tonight but it's going to warm back up over the course of the next week with Christmas being about degrees - LOVE IT!!!

The AC is still on in Florida....
HOWEVER.....

Coming to an end over the weekend... So I reckon we get a 48 hour reprieve.

I know what you mean Trace, crazy weather here. I opened my front door a few minutes ago and felt a wall of heat and closed it again ...its 107 degrees here! Im suppose to go Christmas shopping but its to hot!! Guess I'll be going tonight or may be wait for the cool change on Sunday!! I feel for the people in rural areas getting 110 - 115 and what about the poor animals!!

I live in Northern California, so we have some cold days.... Average of about 50 this week.
The rain is forecast to start tomorrow and rain for the whole week. But we are happy about that here! It was a VERY dry year, so we need the water!

Last night it was raining when we went to bed. Thunder storm hit about 1:30 am with a big cloud burst. Then it got really quiet. Woke up this morning to about 6 inches of heavy wet snow. So weird. It's snowed all day and is still snowing.
