What is it....

...that attracts you to a kit? Is it colour? theme? designer? style? the LO samples? or other? Tell me YOUR story.

For me in the first instance it is the colours that make me take a closer look. I will buy a kit purely because I love the colours even if I have no clue what photos I have that might work with it. I buy by theme occasionally, there are so many great themed kits here at GS. I don't follow any particular designer more than others. The LO samples provided by the CTs often entice me to notice/buy a kit that I otherwise may not have chosen, I like seeing different ways on how the kits can be used. Being a Sugar Cookie, I get to see many many LOs every week. If something really takes my eye, I will check out the kit in the store, hence the looooonnng length of my wish list:)

Many things can attract my eye....colors, paper patterns, elements, theme. As far as elements go, I really like greenery, buttons, thread, paint, string, flowers, butterflies, glitter....I could go on and on LOL. I think I just really love it all :)

Color is the first thing that will attract me to a kit, and then theme. I love kits with lots of paper choices especially stripes and dots. And I'm with you on the elements - greenery, paint splatters and brush work, strings, flowers, etc.

Generally the designer, then the kit. I have favourite designers will lust after their stuff. I don't get everything, just the colours and themes that appeal to me. I will try new designers if their CT layouts appeal to me.

I go for colour firstly, then flowers, artsy papers, solid papers, paint splatters, brushes. I am not a fan of a lot of pattern papers, some like dots, plaids and minimal floral but as for the rest, not so much. I don’t use a lot of journal cards and themed elements.

Or maybe what attracts me sometimes is that it is in the store and I don't own it haha!

Being a hybrid ct it's usually color first, then papers. I do like embellishments that are easy to print and cut.
