I am constantly watching Disney content creators on You Tube. Mostly the streamers that walk around the parks. What a fun thread. I don't have the TV on very much. But when I do, I want to watch something upbeat, joyful, or fun. Lately, I have been watching Disney content creators on YouTube (Paging Mr. Morrow, Dapper Danielle). For movies, we have enjoyed streaming K-Pop Demon Hunters. It's extremely well done. I want to watch the latest season of Bridgerton and I saw that Zootopia 2 is now streaming. I also enjoy the Great Baking Show even though I don't bake ever. LOL!
@honeybee -- What Disney content creators do you follow. I fangirled so hard when I got to meet both Dapper Danielle and Megan the Millennial! We happened to run into the at Jollywood last December. They were the sweetest. Last month, I ran into Jerendelle at Disneyland... also incredibly sweet. Hubby hopes that one day we will run into Nathan from Paging Mr. Morrow. Hubby even wears the PMM shirts when we are in Florida. LOL!!
Thank you for sharing... I will have to check out these content creators. While it would be nice to monetize our park visits, I'd hate to turn something I love into a job. For me, that would get real old, real fast. I've also seen some of the struggles popular content creators have of people making fake accounts and stealing their content, or FB de-monetizing their accounts for no reason and then they have to fight to get that restored. Although, it does look to be a very supportive community. The content creators I follow often appear in each other's feeds and you can tell they really enjoy and support each other.Right now I am watch "The Crazy Disney Lady" on Youtube. I also watch "Disney Parks With Love" and "Theme Park Giant". They are my go-to's when I want to stream people walking through the parks. There are others I will sometimes tune into, but those are the main ones.
My brother in law is a huge stalker fan of Lou Mongello from WDW Radio and has ran into him a few times.
I think that is my goal, to move to Florida and become a full-time Disney content creator and go to the parks every day .... LOL !!!
The California-based content creators I have met (and all have been lovely) are Megan the Millennial, Jeremy of Jerendelle, and Lisa of LisaLand. The Florida-based creator I've met is Danielle of Dapper Danielle. We've also heard so many good things about Nate of Paging Mr. Morrow. He's my go-to when I need to smile. Hubby watches a couple of others, but I'm not as familiar with them to even remember the names of their channels. LOL! Thank you for sharing the others you've watched... I will check those out!I can’t believe I have never heard of any of the vloggers you both mentioned! Are they all Florida based?
I watch a few CA based Disney vloggers. Magical Journeys (mostly all food, I love watching them!), Fresh Baked (he is an OG, usually has inside info), Best Life and Beyond (they have been in quite a few controversy, which is odd since they’re Disney and amusement park vloggers lol. I got to meet them at Disneyland a few years ago. They weren’t overly nice, but they were “working” so I didn’t take it personally.)
I watched Yellowstone and 1923 but need to watch 1883. I enjoyed them a lot!Over the past few days I have binge watched both 1883 and 1923..prequels to Yellowstone. Loved them both, even more than Yellowstone, I lost interest in Yellowstone towards the later series, perhaps only because it was difficult to follow when i could no longer get closed captions on the streaming plaform I was watching it on.
Oh, I read the book and had no clue that they made it into a show!Anyone watching Knight of the Seven Kingdoms?
We binged it yesterday, once we started, we could not stop! LOL
It was a great show!! I love the actors and the story and it is fun to see many generations before Game Of Thrones, I know the family names, and I know how the "story ends" but it is fun to see the ancestors and how their families developed.
I also watch movies, especially when I'm scrapbooking, although lately I've been listening to audiobooks, what movies have you watched? I just rewatched Frozen and Enchanted, I love the scene where she makes a dress out of the curtainsLOL... well, I finished watching two movies that I had started weeks ago (both Disney animated films). My attention span for TV is getting less and less, but I will sometimes have the television turned on for background noise. I have a whole list of shows I think I would enjoy... and I thought I'd get them watched over the winter months when it was too cold to step foot outside. But, yeah... that didn't happen. LOL.
WOAH! Is Moana considered a princess? I mean, once you're a lead female in a Disney movie, are you a Disney princess? So she never wore shoes. Pocahontas and without cheating, I can't think of a third right now. What's her name, in Brave is the only one that sort of fits. But those are some tough questions. Who was not a royal? The ... dangit, oh shoot, what was the movie in NO, with the restaurant? Her? Help me out @breoni !!! No idea the name of Simba's cubs. Never saw that movie.@Grace. we finally finished Moana 2 and Elio. So, as you can tell by my layouts, we really enjoy going to the Disney parks. And we really enjoy trading pins with Cast Members at the park. And to get the best pins, some Cast Members will ask you trivia questions. So we try to make sure we've seen all of the movies at least once in case we get asked a question! LOL!!! Some of the questions can be soooo difficult! One Cast Member asked me the name of Simba's cub... no clue. Some ask questions about the parks. Some will ask specific details about the princesses. For example... which princess was not born royal and did not marry into royalty but is still considered a princess? Or.... which three princesses never wear shoes throughout their entire movie. Or... which two princesses are left-handed. LOL! It can be a challenge!!!
Yesterday I finished my watch of 1923...wow...sooo good!!! Oh boy did they love shooting at each other back then!! But Helen Mirren!!! Brilliant!!!I watched Yellowstone and 1923 but need to watch 1883. I enjoyed them a lot!
Check out the newest show from Tyler Sherdian called The Madison. We really liked it. Looking forward to season 2!
Thanks for the information, I too visit Disney parks when I got the chance. Regarding left-handed princesses, Mulan and Tiana are left-handed.Moana and Pocahontas are both princesses as they are the daughters of village chiefs. So...sure... it works.
The three princesses who never wear shoes: Pocahontas, Moana, and Rapunzel.
The princess who is not royal and does not marry into royalty is Mulan.
Here's another trivia question that stumped me: What is the only hotel on Disney property that does NOT have a pool?
As you can tell, we have a lot of fun with the trivia questions!
Moana is also left-handed!Thanks for the information, I too visit Disney parks when I got the chance. Regarding left-handed princesses, Mulan and Tiana are left-handed.
yes Moana is also left-handed, I had already forgotten! the closest park for me is Disneyland Paris, but they never asked us any questions there, but what they do is ask you to leave a pin you don't want for one you do want, like an exchange, but no trivia questions.Moana is also left-handed!And now you know why my brain is filled with such trivial knowledge! LOL!
I've heard that the pin trading is very different in Paris. I need to get back to the park now that the new Arendelle land has opened up.yes Moana is also left-handed, I had already forgotten! the closest park for me is Disneyland Paris, but they never asked us any questions there, but what they do is ask you to leave a pin you don't want for one you do want, like an exchange, but no trivia questions.
I purchased a Disney trivia game off of eBay. Randy and I don't really sit down to play games, but I take them with us for road trips to help pass the time.@Carla minicooper452 I love Disney and trivia too, at home we don't play board games here at home, but I do with my nephews, and our faves are trivia games, I'm gonna try to get one about Disney trivia, I think it will be fun![]()
We love playing trivia with Alexa/Echo at our daughter's house. We've done all sorts of trivia nights, but the fun ones are music and we make teams, of course. It's hilarious to see what we can remember of the songs of "our" decades. (or not!@Carla minicooper452 I love Disney and trivia too, at home we don't play board games here at home, but I do with my nephews, and our faves are trivia games, I'm gonna try to get one about Disney trivia, I think it will be fun![]()
