What are you doing for vacation this summer?

We head to MN every summer to visit family. This year I have a new niece (born in April) to love on! We usually road trip it, but as my car is almost 11 years old we decided to fly. My kiddos can't wait-lol! The youngest as never flown and the oldest has flown twice before, but he was only 3 the last time we flew.

That sounds fun....My oldest flew when he was a baby and my youngest when he was a teenager. I would love to take a trip somewhere where we can all fly together.
 
We are cruising... early part of the summer and the end of summer, actually fall-ish. I'm also hoping some time at the beach or DisneyWorld.
m
 
Winter is fast approaching here in oz, I think the kids have about 3 more weeks of school to go, some friends have a holiday house in New Zealand they have said we can stay in but I am still trying to organise passports for all 7 of us. I need an assistant or more hours in the day lol

Not much. I'm having surgery May 18th, and it will take a while to recover from that. We are going to Stratford the long Canada Day weekend, and we have tickets to see The Music Man and the Rocky Horror Picture Show. We try to go to Stratford every year - the plays and musicals are incredible! No Shakespeare for us this year, as we really wanted to see these two musicals! Then in August I start my PhD program with a week of on-site intensive courses at the university.

So not much this year, but that's okay.

A fellow Ontarian!! Where abouts are you? I'm just outside of Hamilton in Dundas.


For vacation this year we are going to Disney World for 2 weeks the end of August.

I know Caylynn recently had surgery, so it might take her a little while to respond. I am a big Disney Fan too, but mostly go to Disneyland, California or Paris.
