Viewing layout in the Gallery

When I go to a certain section of the gallery or after I upload a layout in the gallery it always shows older layouts and not the current ones or mine when I upload a page.
then the only way I can see current layouts is to go to the bottom of the web page and change the order of viewing.

Is there a way that I can change my settings to show current gallery images when I go to certain sections?

I hope all that makes sense and someone can help me.

Do you click "most recent" or go to the bottom of the gallery pages and click 1 day, 7 day, etc? I always get the most current so not sure if I am misunderstanding what you are asking.

Rae, it is when I go to a certain section. for example...."Brush Challenge".... it shows up older images so I have to every time go to the bottom and choose from the drop down "time frame" a certain length of time and then click on sort.

Ok, I see what you mean. No answer from me but we'll see what others say. I go thru the challenge thread itself to click onto LOs or just view all thru the main gallery page so didn't know what you meant.

Hope it gets sorted out.....literally

I think you are on the right track. At the bottom of the page I use the different field dropdowns and use the following settings.

Sort by - Posted Date
Timeframe - Beginning
Order - Descending
View - Gallery
Per Page - however many you prefer

Unfortunately I think you have do do this for each challenge gallery section. When exploring this I had to adjust the settings for the Brush Challenge gallery from the default settings but the Template and Desktop challenge galleries (which I know I have previously adjusted) displayed the way I had preset it.

i just tested it out, thx Rochelle for the info. I set the parameters you suggested on the gallery challenge page and didn't have to set them individually. It applied the settings to all the challenge categories from the main page.

Thankyou Rochelle for this information. I have been doing this but I was hoping there was a setting to have this happen every time I visit the gallery or upload an image but once you come back the next day you have to do it all again.
