uploading to the gallery

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. When I upload to the gallery I'm loosing what ever I've written in the text box. Thanks for any help! :)
 
This is a known problem, and one Ginger has tried to fix with no luck. Try writing what you're going to write in the text box that appears on the second page. It's annoying, yes, but it works. :)
 
Ya, its a hassle unfortunately but you get used to it. I just add the info on the second page of the upload and then double check once its in the gallery. It only takes a few moments to open it up and make sure the credits are there.

I sure wish the issue was fixable, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be. I have hired a few technicians and spent quite a bit of money trying to get it resolved, but so far I haven't had any luck. The gallery program is pretty old and they stopped all support on it years ago. Thankfully we have it patched to work in the new (updated version) of the forum.
The only real "fix" is to get a whole new gallery, I know that would be a big bummer for all of you since you could have layouts going back 13 years in our gallery!
So, yea... we do have to deal with the glitch unfortunately.
