Uploaded picture issues

I've created a page for the Use It All Challenge, and have saved it at 600 x 600 pixels (120kb) jpeg, but also at 500x500, just in case and I've tried to upload it several times. It always goes through the process fine, and it says the image has uploaded successfully, but then it shows up as "No Thumbnail", or, the one time it's "sort of" worked - it shows the thumbnail image, so it is in there, but it won't display properly in the gallery. I've linked the almost-working version so you can see what I mean.
Does anyone know what I can do?

I still don't know what was wrong, but I re-sized and re-saved and re-uploaded the image and it seems to have worked this time, so I deleted the faulty version at the link above.
