So recently I have cut out things that have obvious sugar in them. No Ice cream, no cake, cookies, candy, no sugary delicious coffee drinks, soda, nothing fun. I hadn't really noticed a difference in my body until Sunday when I threw a baby shower for my friend and I had a chocolate fountain and lots of YUMMY dipables. I woke up Monday morning with my body back to its old self of pain and stiffness and overall feeling craptastic. Didn't think anything of it as this is my normal life usually. So last night I had another bad day of doctors visits and a lot of unpleasantness at the UroGyn. BLAH so I indulged again with the left over chocolate and dipables. And again this morning I woke up in pain, stiff joints and just pretty much hurting all over. So I think I may have finally found something that is contributing to my aches and pains. So I guess no more sugar for me. It's worth it to give it up if I don't wake up hurting so badly. Anyone else in this boat with me?
