Store help, please!

I know that the store's upgrade may be causing some problems, and it may take time to settle, but I don't know where to report my problem. In fact, there are TWO problems. One is: The store's Contact Us page DOES NOT WORK, so that's why I brought the problem (# 2) here.

Since I'm from Canada, my address page says "this country does not require a state" - well, I have to put in a PROVINCE, and there is no option for this. So, when I send my order in to Paypal, and it pings back to check the ADDRESS, it's WRONG for them, and this is what I get:

"There's a problem with the shipping address you entered on the merchant site, and we've marked it in red. Please change the address, then continue checking out with PayPal."

Could someone please fix this, because I can't use PayPal for my purchases, and I don't have a credit card.

The "contact us" form will now work for you, it was rejecting you and giving you the error due to the issue with the Canada/"select a state" problem. That is now fixed :)

I have also edited the account settings that require the full shipping address. Can you please test out the check out process and let me know if you have any trouble?
It is possible the shopping cart will not allow you to use the coupon code, since you tried to use it already. Although I know your order did not process, the cart sometimes will still count this as the coupon being used.
If that happens, just let me know and I will make ya up a new coupon :)

Arrgghhh! Well, unfortunately, PayPal says there is STILL the same problem!

I see that it's still the same thing with the Province/State window - there is none. So I added my city/province together in one line. I have to put it somewhere! Maybe that's why PayPal doesn't recognise it? Sheesh!

The coupon code still worked, because my kit was in the Shopping Cart and ready for me to checkout.

The trouble is definitely with the fact that we can't insert the Province. Sigh!

and... you were right: now the store won't recognise the coupon.
 
I replied to your PM as well, can you please read that and do one more test?
I'm sorry about this! We have never had this issue before, I'm sure it's very aggravating for you.
Hopefully the last thing I did fixed it.
