*Site Update* Jan 2016

Hello all!
We are back up and running on our shiny new server! I hope you all enjoy the increased speed and added security!!

If you have any issues that you personally need addressed, please start a support ticket here- https://support.gingerscraps.net/

We do seem to have a few glitches, but they should all be worked out in the coming days.

What we are aware of... ( I will add to this list as I am made aware of issues)
  • Gallery- *RESOLVED* No upload button, and various other issues. We are aware of these issues and zeroing in on the cause, hoping for it to be fixed in the next 24 hours.
  • Forum- *RESOLVED* The "like", and "dislike" buttons are missing.
  • Shopping Cart *RESOLVED*- After a purchase no email receipt is being sent. *Remember* You can always get links in your order history.
  • Support Ticket *RESOLVED*- No email notification when your support ticket is answered. You will have to go manually check for a reply, until this is resolved.

UPDATE: Challenge Deadline Extended: Due to the site being down and the gallery having some slight issues I WILL BE extending the deadline for layouts for January Challenges. Once everything is working properly I will announce an official deadline, but you can figure 1 day for every down day. So right now (1-29-16) if we are full swing today the deadline will be the 4th, but will extend as needed. OFFICIAL DEADLINE: February 4th

Thank you all for your patience, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you.
Just know that we are working on getting this all resolved as soon as possible, and everything should be fixed shortly.

oh no!! How can we live without our LIKE buttons!! :) Praying for a fast fix!! I know it's stressful when things aren't just right!! Good job Ginger!!
 
Thank you Ginger! Of course, out of habit, I wanted to hit the "thanks for this post" button..... but there isn't one (and I knew that already LOL!)

Here's hoping that everything gets figured out soon. Thanks so much for all you are doing behind the scenes!
 
Thank you all for understanding! We have 2 of the 4 issues resolved, so... 2 down and 2 to go :)

Will keep you updated and update the tops post as well.
 
It IS Super fast and wonderful!!! I miss the like and thanks button too. (Old habits die hard lol)

Hoping the gallery is sorted soon so we can see all the new goodies from the designers this week and also all the WONDERFUL layouts!
 
Thanks Ginger, what is fixed is really running well. Sure hope the gallery issues get taken care of soon. Missing the upload, my photos, messages etc. on that section of the site. Good luck in getting everything sorted out quickly and easily.
 
Am I the only one who is happy about the like/thanks buttons being gone? LOL ... I never remember to use them, and the notifications throw me off every time I log in. But I may need to adjust my attitude, because clearly they are popular!

I noticed another missing piece. When you go into "View Profile" where My Activity, Friends, etc. tabs are, there is usually a Gallery tab that lets you see how many gallery comments you've made. It's missing.
 
Will there be an extension on challenge uploads? I have my last 4 of my minimum 10 done but no way to upload. Thanks.
 
Thank you ladies, I am keeping the topmost post updated, so please refresh that when you might have a question or concern, as it might already have been reported and being worked on. Here is a copy and paste of my most recent update to the top post :)

Love the faster speed, Ginger! Thanks so much for taking the plunge and implementing the new server. It's downright amazing how well the transfer went, and I'm sure any glitches will be fixed soon CUZ YA'LL ARE ON THE BALL!

In the meantime, thank you for extending the challenge deadlines, etc. You're the best-est and GS is the greatest!!!

THANK YOU!!!!

To Ginger and everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes getting us back up and running. I know that a server switch is a lot of work, but you made it look easy! :) Thanks for all your hard work and being quick when we see a "bug" to squash it! lol :D
