Signature size???

Has the signature size been changed from 700px x 150 px to 500 by 180px? Every time I try to change my signature, I get error messages and this appears on the screen under the box where you paste the url or upload from your computer:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 180 pixels or 1.91 MB (whichever is smaller).

Ginger, I think this is what Betsy is referring to although the dimensions are different to what she stated in her post. This is what my computer tells me and I had to change the standard size of my sig (700x150 ) before I could get the file to upload. This has happened in both July and August.

Under the "upload signature picture" section in Jill's screenshot above, mine tells me 500 by 180 pixels or 976.6 KB, whichever is smaller.
