Signature help please

I think I've figured it out - sorry for pestering you. Please ignore this now - I can't see how to delete it.

I've signed up for an Imgur account specifically to host my signature pictures, because if I try to use the "Upload from your computer" option, my signature only shows intermittently. Then I tried using the url address from my signature image in the gallery here, and copy-pasting that in between the Sig Pic code. That seemed to work in the forums, but only showed the url when I leave comments in the gallery. So, I signed up to Imgur, but when I try to use the url from there (either the Share Image one, or the Forum BB code one), it says the file is invalid. I know I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't use an outside source to host my signature.

I upload to the GS gallery, right click and "copy image address". Then in the Signature window, I use the "insert image" (3rd option from right above) and paste in the URL I copied from the gallery.

Does that make sense?

I think it does. LOL.. I've not tried it yet. But I don't outside place it either. used to in photobucket years ago....

Holy JaMoleeeeee... I don't even know what an: Imgur is... or any of the other letter combinations. I'm happy I can post my pages.

i have the same issue with the siggie not showing up in the gallery
i am going to try uploading it to the GS gallery and doing what is suggested. i am crossing my fingers
