SELFIES

I think I might be the resident queen of the selfies. Anyone who has me on Facebook or Instagram (or Flickr) can vouch for that!! :D I take my selfies though because if I didn't, there'd be no pictures of me!



A few of my recent. As you can tell, I'm a bit of a dork. :D
And, as you can tell, my kids are too hehe
 
I never used to be in front of the camera... Always stuck behind the lens (by my own choice) taking pics and capturing memories of my family. I finally decided that it was time to get in on some pics. lol. Lots of selfies have followed. :)

I'm still using a "dumb phone" so any selfies I take are with my P&S (which just died :() I think I've gotten pretty good at it. When I'm at Disneyland by myself I try to take a lot of selfies. It's so funny because I must look like a major hehe goober (according to my friends) because people are always asking if I want them to take the picture for me!

Here are some of my examples-some good, some not so good...thank goodness for digi!!






 
Those are amazing selfies with a P&S! I am seriously impressed!

LOL!! Tammy, I'm with you...I still have a "dumb phone"!! I just started taking a bunch of selfies, lol!

Too funny, Sarah!! hehe My dumb phone has a camera, but it's super awkward to take selfies with it...it has to be opened up and the button is in a weird place so my finger always covers the camera lens, so the P&S works much better.

Yeah, after my first touchscreen, I refuse to go back, hehe.
The ones that didn't, had the button right in the front for the shutter. I struggle more now with the smartphone than I ever did with the dumbs, hehe
 
Em, your selfie is great! I have a dumbphone but a really smart P&S The screen flips so you can see what you're shooting. I just need to make sure Mr. Nani looks at the lens and not the screen when we do a selfie. Most of the pics of the 2 of us at baseball games are selfies!

I forgot my FAVORITE EVER selfies! It was for a tag challenge on another site (365project.org) and my words were face and reflection

Mine is the Samsung Dart. I'm thinking about switching to Verizon though and upgrading to a better phone. I don't need anything fancy, but I do need better reception because I live in the sticks. Not sure if Verizon will be any better, but I've heard they have very good area coverage.
 
I have AT&T. We've been with them for about 9 years now. Never had any real issues, but they're the only ones with consistent coverage.
 
I rarely take selfies... But I love to scrap the random ones my daughters have left on my phone lol!! Maybe I should try it sometime!!
