RQOTD? Where would you go?

So I have a 20 year wedding anniversary coming up. Where would you go if money was not an option for a big anniversary like this? Or if you aren't married, where would you go on a big trip if you could?

Hubby and I are debating Paris or Hawaii two totally different places. My only hang up is who's going to watch our kids for the two weeks we want to go for!?!

We've been to both. Paris and Hawaii. Enjoyed both... a tough choice. Here is a thought... Locate a spot closer to home for your 20th anniversary and maybe not as long away.
For Paris... we took the girls with us.
For Hawaii [included SF] we went alone as empty nesters.

I would go to England to visit some very old and dear friends (two girls I went to elementary school and high school with both live there and we are still very close).

Then I would take one of those World Cruises that last 103 days or something crazy like that!!!

Lastly, I'd go to see the 7 wonders of the world. :)

My husband and I got married just a month after 9/11. We weren't sure if flights would be flying again for our honeymoon to Salem, MA/Boston so we planned an alternate trip to New Orleans. Flights were flying so we went to Massachusetts as planned but we've always wanted to go to New Orleans and still haven't made it there. So if we don't make it there before our 20th, maybe that would be the spot!

I've lived overseas in Japan, and traveled to South Korea in that time too. So I think I'd probably plan a big trip to Italy/Germany/France/Spain :D

I've never been out of the country; so there are so many places I would love to go-Ireland, Australia, England. Hawaii would probably be a great time!

First, happy anniversary, Kim!!

My dream trip would be a month in Europe...Germany, France, Italy, the UK. Our 30th is coming up in a couple of years and I would love to do that.... but we'll see.

Dreaming...!

Out of all the places we have been, Bora Bora was the most beautiful place. We would go back there. we have been both to Hawaii and Paris and they are two different animals. Love Paris for the history. We were on Oahu and from what I heard it is much more city like than the other islands. But Paris is one of my most favorite cities in the whole wide world!!! Congratulations

I am a huge planner aheader so the anniversary is Feb. 29th a "real" on this coming year as we were married on Leap Year Day. We have been to England, and Ireland. And just recently Italy (which was AMAZING!) We have also already been to Hawaii several times, one being 4 years ago when we renewed our vows. I love Hawaii but I really feel like it's time to see something new. Paris is new for us and New Orleans sounds super fun too as I have always wanted to go there. Japan is something Chandler really wants to do but I don't think I am ready for that yet. I love all the ideas and places everyone has said they would go though. So many choices!!! Thanks for the Early Anniversary wishes! :D

Happy anniversary!

We're celebrating our 10th by going to Vegas next month. We didn't get a honeymoon, so we're counting this as one :)

I think Paris and Hawaii both sound like amazing trips!

Heheh I'd love to come to Australia. I think it's going to be Paris but last night I felt like doing nothing again. I keep going on these waves of Lets go! And never mind I want to stay home.
