RQOTD~What did you have for breakfast?

I love breakfast foods. I could eat them for any meal. But sadly what I consider a real breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast, etc., I usually don't eat for breakfast because I have no time in the mornings. (Remember I am not a morning person, lol) So i usually have cereal. To day I had Raisin Bran Crunch which is probably the least healthy of the Raisin Brans.

How about you? How did you start your day? It is the most important meal of the day they say!
 
I rarely eat breakfast during the week. On weekends we either go out or I make a full breakfast - like you said Danica, eggs, bacon, toast and sometimes homefries or baked beans.

I get up and have a chai or a decaf regular tea and by the time I'm done all my housework for the morning, it's lunchtime! I usually eat something around 11:30am when I remember. lol.
 
We eat something for breakfast everyday. Sometimes it's cereal, sometimes it's eggs and the works, sometimes it's cake. I'm just saying, it's all food!! Lol

My kiddos eat breakfast at school since they get on the bus at 640 and are one of the first children to arrive at school and are the first of their group of friends to get there. No point in fixing something for just me :) So unless I'm actually hungry (which I'm usually not) I usually just have my coffee and then have lunch early (like around 10:30 or so)
 
I always eat breakfast.... but not always the healthiest ones. I was in the habit of having a chocolate/strawberry protein drink, but this week I have not been very good about that. Today I had rice chex with a banana. Not awful, but I definitely do better when I have more protein for breakfast.
 
Today was cottage cheese with strawberries and banana on top. Plus coffee. And my grandson helped me eat it.
My norm is a yogurt or a protein bar, unless we go out for breakfast. Then I will have a 'real' one.

I love my breakfast! Today I had yogurt and cereals, and coffee, of course :).
 
I don't care for "traditional breakfast" - eggs, bacon, etc. My husband loves it, so anytime we have a real breakfast, he makes it!
I usually have a berry smoothie with protein powder, chia seeds & flax meal, but I ran out of protein powder & haven't gotten to the store to get any. So today, I had a bowl of Cocoa Pebbles (so healthy, I know!) hehe
 
Lately I have been eating a greek yogurt with my probiotic in it and a banana. But I love Pancakes, Omelettes, Cinnamon rolls, waffles, muffins, Sausage all that yummy stuff. And of course I love Cereal! All kinds of Cereal.
 
I eat breakfast after a fashion - LOL - I practice intuitive eating so I don't eat in the morning until I'm actually hungry - sometimes that's when I first wake up (which is 4 am) and sometimes it's not until 9 am or even later occasionally. I almost always have oatmeal of some kind - either overnight oats from the fridge, hot oats on the stove top, or baked oatmeal that I've made ahead of time and just warm up. Some mornings I go more savory and have toast with hummus or will just have an apple with peanut butter. Since I don't eat meat or dairy/eggs, the traditional breakfasts don't interest me at all ;) On the weekend I sometimes will make pancakes or waffles.
