You are going to bake cupcakes. What kind do you make? This is what you want not what everyone else in the house wants. What kind and what flavor icing. And for arguements sake these are virtual cupcakes so they have zero calories so I don't want to hear I am eating healthy, I can't have cupcakes! hehe

Mine me would be yellow cake with coconut pecan icing!!!
 
Chocolate...there aren't any other flavors right? Icing is just a good buttercream (I love the Wilton recipe).
 
If I was making them, then red velvet with marshmallow cream icing.

If I'm buying them, then root beer float and s'mores. They are delicious!
 
Chocolate cupcakes with fluffy peanut butter frosting...I so should have made myself some for my bday - but my weight appreciates that I didn't...LOL...the struggle is real!!
 
all the cupcakes! LOL Hubby made me some red velvet cupcakes for mothers day but I think I want to go with a very fudgey almost brownie like cupcake does that exist? Sure it does because this is a virtual cupcake! heheh with a nice ganache frosting coating the top and then some Peanut Butter whipped frosting on top of that oh and some chocolate drizzle!
 
I am a cupcake fiend. I have made some really good ones.
My favorites are probably the Peanut Butter Brownie Buckeye cupcakes that are a brownie recipe with a pb-cup on the inside, peanut butter frosting with pb cup on the top and chocolate ganache drizzle.
I also have made an awesome Orange Creamsicle one, a Pena Colada one and a really awesome one that was Bavarian Cream filled.

And while these look plain, that Bavarian Cream filling makes these what we call "Crack Cupcakes", cause they are addicting

I would make Hummingbird cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Yum!! They have crushed pineapple, ripe bananas, pecans and cinnamon. Mmmm!

We're making cupcakes for my Grandpa's 102nd birthday this weekend. I think we're making strawberry cupcakes (with fresh crushed strawberries) and buttercream frosting.

We are very lucky! His actual birthday is Monday, but we celebrated Saturday. He said he didn't want a celebration because at 102, there's no reason. I told him that that WAS the reason ;)
