Yesterday we learned about your favorite authors. Are there any magazines that you read on a regular basis? I usually do when we are traveling. A few of my favorites are:
Entertainment weekly
Martha Stewart living
cloth paper scissors
Everyday with Rachael Ray
Us Weekly ( on occasion especially for a plane flight)
my favorite magazine though is Mental Floss. It is just a whole lot of fun. It's full of random articles and facts. It's kind of hard to describe. But I am happy I came across it.

Not sure if you are aware, but some libraries let you check out digital issues of magazines. You then use the Zinio app to read them. It's worth checking out since it is free! All the ones I mentioned above except Entertainment Weekly I read for free through the app.

So what if any magazines do you enjoy?

I actually subscribe to several magazines, although I don't "read" many... I am a huge knitter/spinner, so I subscribe to Interweave Knits, Vogue Knitting, Knit Scene, SpinOff, and Ply. But mostly it is to look through patterns and get ideas. I am also kind of a foodie and I subscribe to Bon Appetite (although I think I am going to let that one expire and not renew), Vegetarian Times and I JUST subscribed to one called "Clean Eating" which I had never heard of.

So, yup, knitting, spinning and eating. Patterns and recipes more than reading articles....

I stopped subscribing to magazines when I got tired of them piling up! I never seemed to have time to read them. I've never heard of the library checking them out, but I'm definitely going to look into that!

I used to be a total magazine junkie - cooking, scrapbooking, quilting but now that I do digital scrapping those are goneand now that I eat a whole-food plant-based diet the cooking magazines are gone. I do still pick up a quilting magazine now and then but Pinterest has a lot more ideas than most magazines. So now I'm happily spending magazine money on good food and fabric :D LOL

I used to read HGTV Magazine faithfully, but it just made me want to decorate and with just buying the house, we don't have money to have fun yet! LOL

Wait... is the question what magazines I read or which ones I subscribe to? LOL! (kidding)

I still subscribe to Family Circle because I got a ridiculously cheap price for it..... but mostly they just pile up and I don't actually read them. UGH. One of these days I'll learn.......

I had a subscription to Hello Canada Magazine and I loved it. But we changed internet providers when we moved and it was through our old one (1.00 a month with the internet) so I lost it. I loved that one.

I read People on my iPad and Food Network magazine when I feel like picking one up. I also still read Canadian Scrapbook Magazine (it's only 4 times a year now and I usually get a free one if they pick up a layout of mine to put in it. ;) )

Whenever the boys see the doctor they always have a stack of free Family Fun Magazines so I'll pick one up (it's always the current month) but usually the only magazine I read is a $1 word find :) I'm just not really into them... I'm not as big a reader as I used to be!

I just read one - International Artist Magazine. I'm fact, I am a subscriber for more than 12 years and I have carefully kept all the old issues!! I may not read every page but I keep going back and flipping through old issues when I feel uninspired artistically.

I don't subscribe to any anymore. I used to , to all the crafting ones.DH still gets: national geographic , smithsonite, some history one. Consumers, and a golf one. Are they read? No.
I do like woman's world.
