RQOTD-Do you do any other hobbies besides scrapbooking?

I used to paper scrap, but now I am 100% digi. I also have cross stitched and had a mild felt obsession were I was making things out of felt, such as felt ornaments for those mini Christmas trees. I also dabbled in charm making with femo. Oh and of course photography. I am trying to teach myself manual mode on my camera, but I am lazy and it hasn't happened yet. Although I can take a pretty great shot of the moon in manual, but that is the extent of my mad photog skills. What about you? Any other hobbies? Or anything that you have been wanting to try?

I collect Disney Pins but its only a hobby when I am actually going to go to Disney. I tried Paper Scrapping but was never very good at it and was thrilled when I finally took the leap into DigiScrapping. But it truly is the only thing I really do hobby wise.

I guess I collect those pressed pennies. They are an easy souvenir of our adventures that are cheap and don't take up much space. I had two from our Disney trip but I lost them. One was of the Disney crew and one was of stitch. You reminded me of them when you said you collect Disney pins. I have quite a few of them mostly stitch.

My hobbies are digiscrap (of course) and photography mostly... I also work in Children's Ministry so I guess that kinda counts since it's volunteer :) It takes a lot of time but I love it!!

I used to paper scrap, but am so thrilled to only be digi now. I also used to knit quite a bit, but since I've been on CTs, I haven't had time to knit. I guess Disneyland could be considered a hobby with as much as I am there ;) I don't really collect/trade pins...I just buy the ones I want and keep them.

I love to crochet, pretty much any kind of DIY project (and yes, I do find quite a lot on pinterest!), and I love gardening. Now that's it's getting colder here in PA, I have to plan my next crochet project since my garden is about done for! I used to do cross stitch and plastic canvas before I had kids. I taught them each how to sew with the plastic canvas last Winter and they loved it!

Great question again!

I love taking pictures (especially of outdoors, wildlife and insects!!), we camp, geocache, I ride a road bike (the pedal kind) with my husband in the summer, play softball in the summer, travel, that's about it. I wish I were more crafty in real life as far as decorating, etc goes!

I buy the ones I want too. But I buy a whole bunch of pins on Ebay in hopes to find something cool on employees but my oldest son is the best at it, so I usually just give them all to him and let him go for it.

I used to paper scrap a lot! :) Now I'm happier and better at it with digi.

I read. A lot. I have 55 books on my iPad right now.

I watch sports. Hockey and NASCAR.

I also used to do a lot of woodworking with a scroll saw and paints. I made tons of Christmas door hangers for my family and little wooden names for my nieces and nephews..that sort of thing. I haven't done it since Adam was little and I got into scrapping though.

I also bake. More as an enjoyment than a hobby but I do love to do it. :)

I've dabbled in different things throughout the years.

Highschool-- collected memorabilia and stuck it in a book (somewhat scrapbooking?)
College-- did lots of different things- floral arrangement, painting, reupholstering, even made a couple really simple pieces of furniture!
Married life-- SCRAPBOOKING! crazy extreme- lasted for years.
Still scrapping but 100%. I do use my older paper goodies to make cards or craft items for the kids' school projects.

Currently it's just scrapping and reading. I read A LOT. Back in my 20s I quilted for several years, did cross stitch for a couple, and even tried out beading :)

I used to paper scrap. Love that I've gone digi.

I also sew and had a sewing [creations and alterations] business for 40 yrs. [retired from it...just sew for pleasure]. I've done most all crafts there are. Lots of cross-stitching, embroidery, wreaths, jewelry. I've forgotten 'how' to crochet so that is my next mission...re-learn it.
Oh and photography.

Other hobbies? What!?! That's just crazy! Life only resolves around digital scrapbooking, right? Ok, ok!! Yes, I have other hobbies, but unfortunately I love digital scrapbooking too much to do my other fun hobbies. But I do also like to embroider dish towels, cross-stitch, read, make crafty things and photography. I used to make all my own cards and traditional scrapbooked, but digital has definitely won that over.

Quilting is my main hobby, even before scrapbooking these days. I also love go garden during the spring and summer. I also going hiking and I downhill ski in the winter months. I also do some regular sewing and some counted cross stitching when I have spare time.
