Good Morning

Can someone please tell me how to save my images for the gallery, I saved a PSD version and now trying to remember how to do one for gallery and printing and for the life of me i cant, please help

I'm not sure what program you're using so maybe this will at least give you hints for your program

In PSE, I resize the image to 72 ppi and 600x600 pixels. Then I use the File > Save for Web option. I can usually save it at 100% but sometimes have to size down to keep it under 500 mb so it'll work in most galleries.
 
For printing you would want to save a full sized JPG at 300px for printing. The typical digiscrap page is 12 inch x 12 inch. I would save that size for printing as you can always size it down for a 10x10 or 8x8 page/ book without loss of quality. For web copies I do all my resizing inside the Save for web window (in newer versions of PS CC it is under File>Export>Legacy Save for Web. I usually just change the dimensions to 600x600px and leave it at 300px then adjust the quality slider until I get to the file size allowed by our gallery.
