I would like to say it depends on the number of posts in forum, gallery. etc. BUT I'm not 100% sure.

I found this old post on Ranking. It basically says
It's all based on your post count (posts+uploads to gallery+comments usually = post count)
Prep Cook was before Sous Chef as I made Sous Chef soon after I posted that I'd made Prep Cook (I chat a lot!)
Not sure which one is next... exciting!!!
What are the rankings? I have seen these:
Kitchen Assistant "I'm new here"
Prep Cook "I know my way around the kitchen"
Sous Chef "Kitchen is my second home"
Executive Chef "Master in the Kitchen"
It's all based on your post count (posts+uploads to gallery+comments usually = post count)
