I make Hoosier Pie. It's wonderful and so easy to make!

• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. English walnuts
• 1 stick butter (melted and cooled)
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 c. chocolate chips
• 1 lg. unbaked pie shell

1. Add eggs and butter, mix together well.
2. Add remaining ingredients, pour into pie shell.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I play up with the chocolate chips and use white chips, or butterscotch, or peanut butter. I also usually use pecans, since I space out and grab them instead of the walnuts, hehe.

My sister makes a bourbon pumpkin pie with praline pecans to put on top it is AWESOME.

I am not a huge Pie Fan, I like Pumpkin pie with Whip but I never go out of my way to seek out pie.

My mom makes apple pie & pumpkin pie for the holidays. I'm not a huge pumpkin pie fan, but I love a small slice of each!
