PSE 1029 on MacBook Pro running Mojave

I am having trouble with my PSE 13 running with Mojave. Anyone have any suggestions to fix it? I get the spinning wheel all the time!

I have been thinking about just upgrading to PSE 2019. Anyone having any problems with it on a Mac running Mojave?

I’m sorry I can’t help, I have Photoshop 2019.
Hopefully you can find some answers, that spinning ball is never fun!
