I am hoping someone can please help me, I am so frustrated! This is my first month doing the challenges and I am having the most awful time getting photos uploaded.
1. I keep getting the "Exceed file size limit" error message. I have been able to upload some LOs after trying at least half a dozen times. My file size is 380 x 380, 72 pixels/inch, 423k, Baseline Standard, Quality 5 Medium. I have reduced them to as low as 216 x 216, 72 pixels/inch, 136k (so small you can barely even see the LO) and it still says I have exceeded the limit.
2. Sometimes I get the message to say that a photo was successfully uploaded but I don't get the next step where you have to validate. Even though it says the upload was successful, it isn't in the gallery.
3. When I click on "My Photos" today there is only one photo in there, but I have uploaded 5 for this month's challenges. They were all there yesterday. When I click on the links I saved in the Cookie Jar where we keep track of our LOs, the LOs are there. Except for one, which I had to upload again today even though I didn't delete it.
