Pizza Addict

Hello all,
I'm kind of addicted to pizza and I know that it is not good for health. I'm gaining weight and I would like to lose my weight. But i'm not sure whether i'll be able to stop it. I happened to see a nutrition chart of various kinds of pizzas ( https://www.freshslice.com/nutrition-chart/ ). In the chart, it compares the nutritional value of each of them and I would like to know whether it is advisable for me to eat pizza once in a week between my diet?? Will it affect my diet or will I have to completely stop eating pizza??
 
I personally eat pizza every week BUT since I'm vegan I don't eat meat or cheese on it. I know, you're going to say it isn't pizza without the cheese, but I really don't miss it. I make a nice whole-grain crust and then top it with red sauce or pesto depending on my mood and then add reconstituted sun-dried tomatoes, sliced red onion, chopped garlic, and spinach. Sometimes I add pineapple or peppers (you could do olives or mushrooms but I can't stand either - LOL). Maybe each time you could just add less and less cheese until you adjust to no cheese :)
 
Thank you Marie for your opinion.. It will be a great very difficult for me to adjust to no cheese.. But considering my health I should try to avoid cheese. I'll try as you said.. Hope one day i'll eat pizza without cheese and have a fit and healthy life. I'll try your recipe today on wards :)
