[SOLVED]Photoshop CC 2023 - Frozen in a loop? Is there an autosave for last projects?

Work in floating document.
Just finished a page, considered adding one more element, dragged it into an empty area in the photoshop window/background and then everything just stopped. It's as the program is sort of frozen but the element (which is fine. I already used it but deleted it from the layers earlier) flutters.
It's been 30 minutes now. And, no I have not saved as I worked. I usually do.
Is it a way to retrieve recent never-before saved layered document/file? Auto-save?

To recover files from this method, launch photoshop and go to Files. From there select the Open Recent option, here you will see all the recent files you've worked on. Select the file you want to restore and open it and that's it, your unsaved file is now back. Save this file on your device for using it in the future.
