Online Scrap software?

I will be out of town next week but want to be able to continue in the Survivor scrap contest. I wont have photshop, but I will have access to scrap kits. Is there any software/program online that I can use without downloading or at least without a LARGE download? PC preferably although I do have a Mac book (hate it, LOL)

At one time Em was using Word to create her layout, maybe she still does. I have no idea how, I tried once but gave up quickly.

When I read that on the blog (I think it was) a while back, I tried it, too. Didn't take me very long to give up! I love Word, and can make it do all kinds of things, but I can't figure out how she creates layouts. I'm in awe of her for being able to figure it out.

I know of someone who uses Publisher software for digital scrapbooking but I know she struggles with doing nice shadows. She is an older lady ( in her 80s) and does not want to learn any new software.

I wonder if Canva or PicMonkey would work? I don't use them a lot except for occasional blog graphics, but I'm pretty sure there is drop shadow functionality as well as layers (at least PicMonkey has layers).
