odd question about layouts being viewed.

I enjoy the comments I receive on layouts. And am sometimes surprised at the number of views some layouts. Normally by the end of the first week will have from 20 to 50 views depending on the layout. Last night I posted 2 layouts and they both had over 300 views by this afternoon which really surprised me. Should I just take them all with a smile, or be concerned that somehow they are being 'spammed' by an outside link?

I'm not an expert on the topic but I have been around the digiworld for some time.
Getting 20-50 views on a populated site like Ginger Scraps would not be out of the norm.

The 300 views is a lot for such a short time. It could be caused by too many possibilities to pin point.

For me there are two things to remember:

This is the Internet...it gets used and abused by the millions of people who have access to it. And just like the warning says on every scrapbook site...

• No photos containing obscene, nude, violence, or illegal activity.
• No crude or inappropriate language

So if you comply by those guidelines, then don't allow what others do or not do stand in your way to share your beautiful layouts. I KNOW they are giving inspiration and joy to all the active members here!
