Nook HD

My hubby bought me a Nook HD for Christmas. This was a complete surprise-which I loved! I don't have an iphone or anything like that, so this is my first experience with the whole touch screen thing and apps and all that jazz. What are your favorite FREE apps and books that you recommend or anything cool about a Nook I should try? I am so not tech savvy!

Amazon does a daily email with their daily deals and there are a couple sites that advertise free and reduced price books everyday too…Pixel of Ink is a great one

I have a first generation Nook and love it! So easy to shop online and now the shelf under my nightstand is a lot less cluttered!
