New Year's Eve Appitizers

I don't cook for NYE but buy sausage rolls, mozza sticks and have nachos with cheese sauce.

An easy appie to make that I have made for years is Grape Jelly Meatballs in the crockpot

I swap out the BBQ for chili sauce b/c hubs doesn't like BBQ sauce. It's super easy and tastes so good.

Bacon bacon dip! I've made this a ton and my mom just made it at Christmas.

Make Hidden Valley Ranch dip according to recipe (I like to use half mayo and half sour cream). Add in 1 package of Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Pieces/Bits. Add in 8 oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese. Add in about 1 TBSP of minced onion and sprinkle in garlic salt to taste. It's better if it sits a little while.

We use Ruffles to dip in it :)

We've been making cheese trays for the family, and that's been a hit. We'll do something mild like a Jarlsburg, then a cheddar, then some specialty cheeses like a bruchetta cheese or a jalepeno cayenne cheese. We like to end with something spicy and flavorful. This year's hit was ghost pepper cheese! I add cashews and dried apricots, and serve with some "fancy" crackers. Easy and enough to please most people. :)
