new who is confused! Please Help

I will try my best not to be constantly posting questions, but I have to get going and think I will be fine. for the template from the Blog last month (Hey man template) I know I downloaded it ...or at least I thought I did it right. I never have any problems with downloading, but now I went to extract it and all I have is Png files and no templates. what did I do wrong?

Hi Peggy! Hey Man templates were a part of the daily download. You probably downloaded on one of those days when only the PNG file was available (there's a list for every day) https://gingerscraps.net/gsblog/2017/06/dd-june-2930/.

I'd suggest you head over to the Welcome Wagon section. You will find some template freebies there for sure.

Your wish list should still be in your account. We didn't remove them.
Can you please send me a support ticket with your username in the shop and any additional info please? Screen shots are also always helpful.
