NEW LOTW RULES for 2018!

Hello lovely ladies of Gingerscraps!

With the arrival of 2018, there will be some changes to the LOTW contest here at GS. Scrappers will only be eligible to win the LOTW contest once per month beginning with the poll dated 12-31 to 1-6.

If a scrapper is nominated again during a month in which she has won, her LO will receive an Honorable Mention, just as CT layouts do.

*Please Note* If you should win, please allow approximately 30 days for your prize to arrive. If you have not received it in 30 days, please send me a PM.

I also didn't know there was a prize. Have been nominated several times already and always thought the nomination and recognition were just for fun... What's the prize, though?
 
The new rules are only fair. Perhaps though, in the post for voting, a date for when the voting closes would be nice as well as in the new rules the length of time one has to vote would help new members. example voting open from ____ to _____.

Thank you for your thoughts! Since I don't always post the polls on exactly the same day (even though I always plan to...), I have now included the date and time that the poll is open until, which is shown right at the top of the current poll. Basically, the poll is open for 6 days from the time that I post it.

Thanks again! I think that this is a great idea! :)
